The location of this place was absolutely fantastic, as it was just a short walk from the busy promenade and conveniently close to tram stops. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, they were always friendly and welcoming. The room amenities were great, with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The ironing facilities and free toiletries were a nice touch, and the flat-screen TV and electric kettle added to the convenience. The whole place had a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, with a lovely dining area where a delicious breakfast was served. The free Wi-Fi was also a bonus, making it easy to stay connected during my stay.
There is only one thing I can say about this hotel - I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city on my own, as it was close to all major attractions in the Old Quarter. I could easily walk to Hoan Kiem Lake, indulge in delicious food, and enjoy relaxing massages. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the facilities provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist in English, which made me feel welcomed and taken care of. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and the food was delicious.
There was nothing I didn't like.
